Important information:

  • Return period: 30 days from delivery date
  • Restocking Fee: None
  • Refund processing time: Within 7 days of approval
  • Return costs: To be borne by the customer

Return window:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@oakbourne-studios.com. Please ensure that the items are unworn and unused, including the original packaging and all tags. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after the 30-day period from the delivery date.

  • Please contact us: First, send an email to support@oakbourne-studios.com and provide your order details and the reason for the return. Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.
  • Follow instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed information on how to proceed.
  • Careful packaging: Make sure the item is well packaged to avoid damage during transport.
  • Return costs: The return costs are to be borne by the customer.

Refund:
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchange:
Would you like to receive a different item? No problem—simply send us an email to support@oakbourne-studios.com with the details of your exchange request, and we'll guide you through the process.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@oakbourne-studios.com. Please note: If your order is already being processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to help. Send a photo of the problem by email to support@oakbourne-studios.com, and we will find a suitable solution—either a replacement or a corrective delivery.

Wrong item received:
Did you receive a wrong item? We sincerely apologize, but do not worry, we will deal with it. Please contact us at support@oakbourne-studios.com. We will take care of it.
