Return window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@oakbourne-studios.com. Please ensure that the items are unworn and unused, including the original packaging and all tags. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after the 30-day period from the delivery date.

Return process
- Please contact us: First, send an email to support@oakbourne-studios.com and provide your order details and the reason for the return. Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.
- Follow instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed information on how to proceed.
- Careful packaging: Make sure the item is well packaged to avoid damage during transport.
- Return costs: The return costs are to be borne by the customer.
Refund:
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to help. Send a photo of the problem by email to support@oakbourne-studios.com, and we will find a suitable solution—either a replacement or a corrective delivery.
