Shipping procedure

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have begun processing. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email with tracking information.

The delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within Australia . 

Delays

Your order should arrive within 4-9 business days (Monday to Friday). If this is not the case, please be patient – delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances.

Please allow up to 3 additional business days before contacting us. If your order hasn't arrived after that time, please write to us at  support@oakbourne-studios.com – we'll take care of your request immediately.   

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at  support@oakbourne-studios.com. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.  

Damaged or incorrect items

If you accidentally received damaged or incorrect items, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us a photo of the problem to  support@oakbourne-studios.com. We will promptly investigate the case and ensure you receive the correct item in perfect condition.
